At Flere Fugle, we offer various workshops and team-building sessions for businesses. A team-building session can last between 2 to 8 hours, depending on your preference, and can be tailored to suit your needs.
A team-building session is a collaboration between you and Flere Fugle. In addition to a unique baking experience where we bake together in small teams, the session can also incorporate relevant professional content from your side.
You can combine baking sessions with catering from Flere Fugle’s menu or choose to dine at Flere Fugle while the baked goods rise.

A short baking session where we bake sourdough rolls together and enjoy them with butter, cheese, and jam. You will receive a small portion of sourdough starter to take home along with a guide on how to bake rolls at home.
A baking session where we roll out dough, fold it, and create Flere Fugle’s delicious cinnamon or cardamom swirls. While the swirls rise, we discuss baking techniques, pastry variations, and the instructor shares the story of Flere Fugle and how we work on a daily basis.
A baking session based on the content of Flere Fugle’s private workshops: Sourdough, pizza, croissants, or swirls. Here, we both mix dough and bake afterwards. You will take home baked goods and dough.
A festive baking session where we bake pizza and enjoy great wine—this can also be combined with a wine tasting led by one of Flere Fugle’s sommeliers.
If you would like to book a full day including a conference, presentations, and baking sessions, venues such as Folkestuen at Demokratigarage or Trifolium’s Eventspace in Sydhavn can be rented for the occasion. We can offer a variety of venues for parties and corporate events, and you can read more under venues.
